My stay at this Best Western was an absolute nightmare. The rooms were a disappointment, with issues like mildew and non-functioning bathtubs. The service was lackluster, exemplified by the limitations imposed on simple requests. Despite a convenient location near various services, the overall experience tarnished the reputation of the Best Western brand for me.

The hotel room up to the third floor was fabulous! Well-decorated with DirecTV and internet, the beds were soft, and the bathroom accoutrements were very fresh, free of cigarette smell. Despite a squabble during check-in that caused inconvenience for the first night, the second night's check-in was hassle-free.
